Corona in de Stad

In the midst of lockdown, Okaia built a digital exhibition called Corona in the City. The exhibition was based on a design by Multitude and made for the Amsterdam Museum.

This digital exhibition gives the role of the artist to the public. Corona in the City is an exhibition of submitted photos, videos, podcasts and stories for and by Amsterdamers.

Okaia built a solid platform where the Amsterdam Museum can receive, view, evaluate and publish the submissions in different categories.

A range of animations give the platform an interactive and contemporary feel. Because of the different filter functions it is easy to navigate your way around the submissions.

With over 2500 published submissions, 79 galleries, hundreds of thousands of visitors and a flawless process, the exhibition has been a great success!
